The inside or anchor bar can be easily placed inside your jacket or lapel, with the front or outside bar attached on the outside of your jacket or lapel. The outside bar also features an adhesive front section to easily attach your name badge or name tag on to.

These fasteners are preferred over other forms of badge attachments because they do not damage fabrics; and they do not require you to insert a pin through your clothing or uniform to wear a name tag.
